What you’ll do

  • Locate Meeting Preparation: Build job packets for locate meetings, including gathering supporting documentation and utilizing Google Maps to map out project areas.
  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter and update tracking data within our Locate Management systems.
  • Document Control: Handle daily administrative tasks, including printing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital files.
  • Professional Communication: Act as a reliable point of contact, communicating professionally both verbally and digitally (via email) with internal teammates and external partners.

What you’ll need

  • Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency with G Suite (Google Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.).
  • Time Management: Proven ability to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Adaptability: A flexible mindset with the ability to pivot and adapt as project demands change.
  • Team Collaboration: A true team-player attitude with a commitment to working well with others and supporting the collective goal.
  • Willingness to Learn: No prior blueprint experience required! We provide full, on-the-job training to teach you how to read and interpret construction prints.
