What you’ll do

  • Install OEM integration equipment/Base Band Units (BBUs) at customer locations (Indoor shelter Equipment Racks and Outdoor Equipment Cabinets)
  • Install/Test/Troubleshoot external alarms from equipment to 66 block
  • Complete any customer punch corrections onsite with DC power plant/Batteryracks/and external alarms
  • Maintain tracking and accountability for all materials/customer assets being installed in compliance with customer and national quality/safety standards
  • Work closely with internal Network Support specialists to complete tasks onsite 
  • Complete all close documents requirements
  • Act quickly and utilize/navigate all forms of standard communications (VPN, shared desktop, smartphones, ad-hoc conference calls, telecommuting, etc)
  • Performs all tasks according to directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies
  • Travel will be required within Colorado, Western Nebraska, Wyoming, and Eastern Montana 

What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
  • Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
  • At least two years related experience and/or training

Knowledge of

  • Aerial or underground utilities
  • OSP facilities, construction techniques and conduit records
  • Easement, right of way and permit documents


Physical abilities & exposures

  • Routinely: Work alone in remote locations, operate vehicle, walk, use keyboard and mouse
  • Occasionally: climb stairs and stand
