What you’ll do

  • Install OEM integration equipment/Base Band Units (BBUs) at customer locations (Indoor shelter Equipment Racks and Outdoor Equipment Cabinets)

  • Install/Test/Troubleshoot external alarms from equipment to 66 block

  • Complete any customer punch corrections onsite with DC power plant/Batteryracks/and external alarms

  • Maintain tracking and accountability for all materials/customer assets being installed in compliance with customer and national quality/safety standards

  • Work closely with internal Network Support specialists to complete tasks onsite 

  • Complete all close documents requirements

  • Act quickly and utilize/navigate all forms of standard communications (VPN, shared desktop, smartphones, ad-hoc conference calls, telecommuting, etc)

  • Performs all tasks according to directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies

  • Travel will be required within Utah, Idaho, and Western Montana

What you’ll need

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are authorized to work in the United States for this company

  • Preferred candidate will have 3+ years of wireless cell site installations and/or OEM integrations into customer networks. Fiber cleaning and testing, Installation of low voltage DC power.

  • You have valid Drivers License

  • You have experience in reading and interpreting OEM specifications, RF design documents, wiring diagrams.

  • You are able to demonstrate knowledge/experience using Spreadsheets and data base administrations I.e. Acrobat, MS word and Excel

  • You are solution oriented and possess a high level of initiative

  • You are able to demonstrate ability to follow directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies

  • You are able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.

  • You are able to demonstrate ability to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally

  • You are able to work as needed (over-time, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies or on-call)

  • You are able to maintain a safe work environment

  • You are able to work in all weather conditions
