What you’ll do
Key responsibilities:

What you’ll need
Required Skills:

Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows), hardware diagnostics, and common office software similar to Microsoft 365, Google applications etc. Knowledge of basic networking is required.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Patience and professionalism when speaking with end users.

An Associate's degree and/or IT certificate is preferred.
