The work schedule will be Sunday - Wednesday or Tuesday to Saturday
 
Our Install Laborers work outdoors in a variety of environments, using hand tools and equipment to support telecommunications installation projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience and receive on-the-job training to build your skills, confidence, and knowledge while working alongside experienced team members. What you’ll do

  • Perform telecommunications installations and service calls at customer premises.
  • Use hand tools, ladders, and electronic diagnostic and installation equipment to complete assigned work.
  • Work safely at heights, including climbing ladders and utility poles, while following all safety procedures and using required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Communicate professionally with customers, providing information and guidance on products, services, and equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete installations and service work efficiently and accurately.

What you’ll need

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
  • Strong ability to work independently and contribute in team environments
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed
  • Ability to work safely in all weather conditions
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach


Physical abilities & exposures

  • Routinely: work alone in remote locations and confined spaces with arms above shoulder level. Operate vehicles and heavy machinery. Perform tasks requiring fine hand motion, bending, stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting greater than 55 pounds
  • Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard, and mouse
