The Project Analyst will supervise a team of project coordinators and is responsible for: ensuring the integrity of billing by verifying accuracy of all daily production reports, assists the Project Managers in providing verified daily production reports, responsible for identifying and recognizes footage calculation errors and material usage issues submitted on dailies, and interacts with Project Managers and Clients.

What you’ll do

  • Supervises and ensures that the project coordinators are accurately entering daily production including material usage, footage reconciliations inputs compliance with Company deadlines and customer requirements

  • Resolves and researches PO’s and changes in PO’s

  • Follow up on accounts receivable / outstanding invoices with clients 

  • Reviews data entry including production schedules for accuracy to ensure payroll and subcontractor pay are accurately completed before weekly payroll requirements

  • Develops and produces detailed production reports in various formats with project managers and clients 

  • Collaborates and coordinates interdepartmental issues with other team leaders for efficiency

  • Ability to train team members(cross training on all projects)

  • Develops procedures and trains team in proper documentation and daily production report submittal

  • Coordinates unit codes with corporate and local personnel and updates Master Daily Production Report formats

  • Ensure proper signature process is followed in accordance with by project managers

  • Relationship building / quickly build relationships and trust with clients 

What you’ll need

To perform this position successfully, individuals must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • A minimum a high school diploma and Associate degree in Accounting preferred but not required 

  • Three to five years of strong bookkeeping or related experience and /or the equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written form and have excellent interpersonal skills

  • Have superior organizational, planning, delegating and time management skills

  • Be flexible and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities

  • The ability to supervise people and exercise authority in a reasonable manner.

  • Intermediate Excel and spreadsheet skills

  • 2-3 years PRISM experience is preferred 

  • Experience using Google Suite is a plus 

  • Ability to be assertive and a team player



In office work location and within the hours 7am-5pm Monday -Friday.
