CableCom is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. The Fleet Coordinator assists with repairing and maintaining company vehicles.

What you’ll do

  • Examines vehicle and discusses with manager repair and or service needed.  

  • May require performing minor repairs of equipment on job sites.

  • Maintain all received inventory in an organized and efficient manner and order parts as needed.

  • Monitor and coordinate equipment inspections and vehicle maintenance 

  • Process incoming and outgoing vehicles and equipment

  • Provide information related to vehicle and equipment inquiries 

  • Coordinate and monitor monthly and yearly inventory

  • Monitor vehicle dashcam program

  • Monitor and coordinate fuel card program

  • Maintain a “shelf stock” of parts, tools, and any other job required supplies.

  • Assist in the management, maintenance, and upkeep of fleet tools and equipment assigned to the project.

  • Perform general clerical duties, tasks, or special projects as required or assigned 

  • Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need

  • Proficient with Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Word).

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license (class "C" minimum) and be willing to obtain a commercial class driver’s license if required for the position (possibly class "B" – light commercial).

  • Be detail oriented with focus on accuracy.

  • Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.

  • Must be willing to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime when necessary.

  • Able to perform the essential functions required in this position for the entire assigned shift.

  • Standing - 6 to 8 hours daily.
