What you’ll do

In partnership with the department manager, develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

Maintains staff by interviewing, selection and hiring.

Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the company’s systems and processes.

Trains new and existing employees.

Accomplishes department objectives by planning, assigning and directing work.

Provide supervision and technical assistance to team members to attain departmental and organizational goals

Coaches, counsels, and address employee performance and corrective action plans on a timely basis.

Authoring and discussing with employee’s performance appraisals

Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose.

Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
