We’re looking for an Billing Coordinator to join our team at Communications Construction Group, LLC (CCG) and help connect America.
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for creating and distributing invoices to different customers through the Billing Department and providing the necessary administrative support to ensure the department runs without interruption with regards to our customers, vendors and co-workers.

What you’ll do
- Invoice-generating, quality control (QC), preparing and distributing
- Process voided invoices
- Reconciliation of composites
- Acts as Liaison between Corp Invoicing Dept and Field Offices
- Export invoiced production into Solomon weekly
- Generation of weekly reports for various departments, customers and vendors
- Assists with processing/tracking invoices into the Customers’ Accounts Payable systems
- Assists with special projects as assigned by Manager
What you’ll need
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the accounting field
- Intermediate PC Skills – Excel, Word and Access
- Proven organization skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and be the driver on key projects
- Team player
- Prior experience working in an invoicing environment is a plus.
