What you’ll do
- Lead fiber splicing crews on installation and maintenance projects
- Perform and verify fusion splicing and fiber testing activities
- Ensure all splice documentation is accurate and complete
- Coordinate with project management and construction teams
- Enforce safety standards and quality assurance procedures
What you’ll need
- Minimum 5 years of fiber splicing experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Proficiency with OTDR testing and fiber troubleshooting
- Ability to work outdoors and travel as required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
