We are seeking an experienced Telecom Underground Construction Supervisor to oversee underground fiber and telecommunications infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will supervise field operations, ensure safety compliance, coordinate construction activities, and maintain project schedules and quality standards.

What you’ll do
- Supervise underground telecom construction crews and subcontractors
- Coordinate trenching, boring, conduit, and fiber installation operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and utility requirements
- Track daily production, project milestones, and restoration work
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and utility representatives
What you’ll need
- Minimum 5 years of underground telecom construction experience
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Knowledge of fiber optic infrastructure and underground utility construction
- Ability to manage multiple crews and job sites
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
