What you’ll do
- Manage, oversee, supervise and participate in daily operations.
- Follow established policy and procedures for company and our vendors.
- Control and manage all inventory processes and address any issues as needed (cycle counts, reconciliations, receipts, etc.).
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory management systems (APOS) (Company & Customer).
- Communicate with various levels of management and customers to ensure that customer expectations are met and issues are resolved, including turnaround time.
- Ensure warehouse duties are completed by staff efficiently and effectively.
- Support and ensure compliance with company safety programs and initiatives as well as all applicable OSHA and state workplace safety laws.
- Work with field supervisors and crews to assure all policies and procedures are being followed.
- Operate forklift, load and unload trucks as needed.
- Interview, select and train warehouse personnel, as needed.

- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to work under pressures of a deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of computer software applications (Windows, Microsoft Word/Excel)
- Demonstrated ability/experience in operating a forklift
- Must be able to pass drug, background, MVR, and DOT screenings
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Experience in the telecommunications/construction sector is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory position
