We are seeking an HR Process Manager who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing standardized HR process flows that are technology enabled. The Process Manager will not only oversee process management but also drive the use of data to provide actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions. What you’ll do
- Process Design & Mapping: Design and document end-to-end HR workflows (onboarding, offboarding, performance management, compensation etc.) to ensure consistency across multiple operating businesses . Implement process changes driven by projects, process improvement, and policy change. Maintain a repository of process documentation (i.e., Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, etc.)
- Process Maintenance and Audit: Regular review existing processes to ensure alignment with company policies, and industry best practices. Conducting periodic audits to verify process adherence and data integrity
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to identify opportunities for efficiency gains, automation, and improved employee experience (EX). This includes leveraging HR technology (HRIS) capabilities and recommending innovative solutions to streamline administrative tasks and improve service delivery
- Systems Integration: Partner with HRIS to ensure that software (SAP SuccessFactors) supports the intended process flow
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all HR processes meet local labor laws and data privacy regulations (like GDPR or CCPA)
- Change Management: Develop and deliver training materials and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption of new and revised processes across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process implementation, adoption & continued auditing
- Data Analytics: Define & track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) associated with process accuracy and efficiency
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR Operations, Project Management, or HRIS
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, specifically SuccessFactors and process mapping software (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
- Proven project management skills with a track record of successfully leading HR projects from conception to completion
- Travel: up to 25%
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
Physical abilities & exposures
- Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods
- Occasionally: Travel domestically up to 10% to attend team meetings or training
