What you’ll do

  • Lead the entire project lifecycle for various L&D programs, including conducting needs analysis to identify gaps, designing effective learning solutions, overseeing content development, managing seamless implementation, and evaluating program effectiveness.

  • Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and timelines for each learning initiative, ensuring clear milestones and deliverables.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams, business leaders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define learning needs and gain alignment on program objectives.

  • Manage vendor relationships with external training providers. 

  • Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to create engaging and impactful learning content in various formats (e.g., e-learning, workshops, and blended learning).

  • Develop and implement robust evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and business impact of learning programs.

What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older

  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company

  • 8+ years of experience in L&D with a proven record of managing and delivering programs and projects.

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and budget management.

  • Exceptional communication, written, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in designing and implementing data-driven learning evaluation strategies, including the Kirkpatrick Model, to measure program effectiveness, calculate ROI, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suites.

  • Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

  • Preferred hands-on experience with a range of instructional design and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) to develop impactful digital learning solutions.

  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.

  • Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods.

  • Occasionally: Travel domestically up to 20% to attend team meetings or training.
