This role is responsible for shaping and advancing benefits strategy, driving program effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives, while partnering closely with the Benefits Operations and Compliance teams to enable effective execution.

What you’ll do
-
Partner with HR and Total Rewards leadership to define benefits strategy across health & welfare and 401(k) programs

Collaborate with Benefits Operations to translate strategy into execution, using operational insights to drive program design and continuous improvement

Define and advance the enterprise well-being strategy aligned to workforce needs and business priorities

Use data analytics to optimize utilization, engagement, and overall program effectiveness, while providing insights on performance, cost, and risk

Provide 401(k) fiduciary oversight and governance

Lead Open Enrollment planning and execution in partnership with Benefits Compliance and Operations

Support M&A activity, including benefits due diligence and integration

Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators

Evaluate market trends, vendor performance, and plan competitiveness to drive continuous improvement

Partner across HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure integrated delivery of benefits programs

Monitor service delivery with Benefits Operations and address escalations or performance issues
What you’ll need
-
To be 18 years of age or older
-
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-
7+ years of prior benefits management experience
-
Deep expertise in health, welfare, and retirement programs, with strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance.

Experience managing vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators

Demonstrated ability to lead both strategic initiatives and operational execution

Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems
Preferred Qualifications

CEBS, CBP, or similar certification

Background in data analytics and benefits optimization

Experience leading enterprise well-being programs
Physical abilities & exposures

Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods.
- Occasionally: Travel domestically up to 10% to attend team meetings or training.
