What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with finance, operating companies and talent acquisition teams to forecast future hiring needs based on attrition trends, growth projections, and skills gaps
  • Gather and consolidate workforce data from operating companies
  • Build short and long-term headcount models and run scenario analyses to predict future talent and capacity needs based on historical data and market trends
  • Analyze internal labor movement (promotions, transfers, exits) to identify opportunities to strengthen retention and internal talent mobility
  • Utilize external labor market data to inform forecasting and planning
  • Partner with HR Leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover rates, time to hire, cost per hire and turnover cost
  • In partnership with the HR Systems team, identify opportunities to improve data integrity and improve reporting accuracy
  • Analyze correlations between sources of hire and long-term employee retention to optimize recruitment strategies
  • Other projects as assigned

What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years experience with financial or business analytics
  • Experience with HR analytics preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools is desired
