As a strategic partner, the Senior Manager Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business objectives with subsidiary HR leaders and management across the enterprise. The HRBP serves as a consultant on human resource-related issues, providing support and guidance to local HR teams.

What you’ll do

  • Support subsidiary company HR leaders by responding to escalations and requests for policy interpretation.

  • Plan for organizational changes, including the development of communication plans and organizational announcements.

  • Review and consult on Reduction in Force (RIF) events.

  • Coordinate with the legal department to request employment and severance agreements.

  • Maintain and update content on the internal HR site, including links to documentation and resources for HR leaders.

  • Coordinate the agenda for and lead monthly enterprise-wide HR calls.

  • Participate in enterprise projects across a variety of disciplines including: Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compliance, Compensation, Benefits, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

  • Collaborate with management and employees to foster culture and morale, boosting productivity and retention.

  • Outreach to company leaders to identify participants for training.

What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older

  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company

  • 8 years+ of prior experience in Human Resources, preferably in a large company with established HR practices at a site or plant level.

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, strongly preferred.

  • HR Certification, preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience resolving complex Human Resources issues.  
  • Experience working across various human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite.

  • Someone who is comfortable navigating new priorities and enjoys balancing multiple projects on time in a dynamic, high-growth organization.

 

Physical abilities & exposures

    • Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods.

    • Occasionally: Travel domestically to attend team meetings, trainings or subsidiaries
