This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic FP&A team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will provide essential analytical support in the day-to-day coordination of financial data across our 40+ operating subsidiaries. This position requires a highly detail-oriented professional who is comfortable navigating large, complex data sets to maintain the integrity of our financial narratives. You will play a vital role in upholding the precision and consistency of our financial planning functions within a high-stakes, publicly traded environment.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as an analytical resource for monthly forecast and backlog cycles; navigate complex data sets to extract and organize critical information, providing the analytical support necessary to maintain corporate reporting requirements and forecast assumptions
  • Prepare, format, and distribute monthly forecast and backlog materials, as well as quarterly financial reporting packages; ensuring all stakeholder deliverables are polished and accurate
  • Assist in the maintenance of reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud), contributing to the continuous improvement of data flows to increase the speed and accuracy of the reporting pipeline
  • Assist with system implementations to support the changing needs of the business
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting to support periodic business development deliverables; helping to identify emerging financial trends or risks within specific customer bases or geographic regions

What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • A "quality-first" mindset with an obsession for detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies in complex numerical data
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and an aptitude for learning enterprise applications
  • Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement

 Additional qualifications

  • Familiarity with ERP applications such as SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Experience working for a publicly traded company, with a comprehensive understanding of GAAP and Job Costing

Physical abilities & exposures

  • Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods
  • Occasionally: Travel domestically up to 30% to attend team meetings or training
