At Dycom, as an HRIS Integrations Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the functional and technical integrity of the data flow between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and the organization’s downstream systems (e.g., EC Payroll, benefit vendors and financial systems). This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and timely transfer of employee master data, organizational changes, and compensation events to enable accurate and compliant data transfers.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the end-to-end PTP process as it relates to HR data. Proactively monitor the integration interfaces (e.g., Integration Center, SAP CPI, etc.) between Employee Central and the payroll system to ensure data is successfully transmitted
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex data integration issues, including but not limited to payroll discrepancies, missing data, and system-to-system failures. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions

  • Develop and execute regular data audits in SuccessFactors EC to ensure the master data impacting payroll (e.g., job info, compensation, pay component recurrence) is accurate and consistent before being transferred

  • Act as the technical liaison between the HRIS team, Payroll Operations, HR and IT to address system-related issues

  • Configure and maintain payroll-relevant objects, business rules, workflows, and picklists within SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to support evolving HR and payroll policies

  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and automation of HR and payroll processes, specifically focusing on the hand-off points between EC and Payroll to minimize manual intervention and error

  • Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including data flow diagrams, integration maps, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Coordinate and lead testing efforts (functional, integration, UAT) for all system changes, new functionality, and biannual SuccessFactors releases that impact the EC-to-Payroll integration

What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an HRIS Analyst or functional consultant supporting SAP SuccessFactors

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations (e.g., EC to ECP, or EC to 3rd party vendors)

Additional qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) master data, configuration, and foundational objects

  • Strong functional understanding of the payroll process and payroll master data concepts (e.g., pay components, wage types, gross-to-net calculation)

  • Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot integration technologies (e.g., Integration Center, Cloud Platform Integration/CPI is highly desirable)
