At Dycom, as an Internal Audit Intern, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the company’s financial, operational, and compliance processes. This opportunity provides practical experience within a corporate environment and offers insight into how internal controls, risk management, and financial reporting support the overall health and integrity of the business.
What you’ll do

Develop an understanding of the company’s business processes and internal control environment

Assist in preparing audit planning documentation for assigned audits

Conduct research and perform audit testing under the guidance of the audit team

Prepare work papers and support the development of audit reports

Partner with your manager to identify, document, and communicate key findings

Evaluate compliance with company policies and procedures to help ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial and operational data

Gain exposure to risk assessment and control evaluation processes
What you’ll need

To be 18 years of age or older

Authorization to work in the United States for this company

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field

At least one year of completed college coursework

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel

Ability to leverage your analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of integrity and attention to detail

Ability to work full-time on-site at the corporate headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida from June 8, 2026 to August 14, 2026.
