At Dycom, as a Manager of Corporate Security, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company personnel, facilities, and assets across all corporate and field locations. This position will support physical security operations, including the management of access control and video surveillance systems, and serve as the primary security liaison for the headquarters office. The Corporate Security Manager will work closely with internal departments and external partners to develop, implement, and maintain effective security strategies that align with company policies and objectives.

What you’ll do
- Administer and maintain company-wide access control and video surveillance programs, including managing associated software, hardware, configuration, and user access levels across the facility
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of security equipment and technology across all facilities
- Establish, enforce, and conduct site assessments to ensure compliance with physical security standards, procedures, and best practice. Serve as the primary security liaison for the headquarters office, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure a secure and efficient environment
- Promptly respond to alarms and emergencies, maintain incident response readiness and oversee after-hours and emergency security procedures
- Lead and coordinate investigations of security-related incidents, preparing detailed reports, tracking trends, and developing recommendations to mitigate future risks
- Support Crisis Management and emergency management efforts as part of the company’s crisis response team
- Manage relationships with third-party security service providers and integrators, overseeing contract performance, budgets, and procurement of security systems and services. Evaluate new security technologies and recommend enhancements to existing programs
- Develop, implement, and maintain corporate security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance requirements
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Bachelor’s degree or certifications in Security Management, Telecommunications, Risk Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in corporate, physical, or facilities security management
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level access control and video management systems (e.g., Lenel, Avigilon, Genetec, or similar)
- In-depth understanding of physical security principles, threat assessment, and risk mitigation strategies
- Experience coordinating with law enforcement and public safety agencies is preferred

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication abilities
- Proven capability to manage vendors, projects, and budgets effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and security system administration tools
- Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and manage sensitive information with discretion
Physical abilities & exposures
- Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods
- Occasionally: Travel domestically up to 10% to attend team meetings or training
