The Senior Analyst LMS Administrator is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for optimizing and maintaining our enterprise learning technology and delivering high-impact training programs. This individual will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP LMS, driving its effective use across the organization.

What you’ll do

  • Administer the end-to-end functionality of the SAP LMS, ensuring maximum uptime, system integrity, and seamless integration with other internal systems.

  • Configure, create, and manage all learning objects (courses, curricula, certifications) and learning resource vendors (e.g., LinkedIn Learning) within the LMS.

  • Architect sophisticated deployment strategies by mastering the company's data structure, leveraging audience types, and configuring assignment profiles to ensure targeted and prescriptive training delivery.

  • Drive LMS adoption and capability by designing and delivering initial and ongoing training for system Super Users.

  • Collaborate with business partners to determine the optimal structure and deployment method for new training initiatives within the LMS.

  • Develop custom training programs that strategically address identified skill gaps and professional development needs across various worker groups.

  • Actively support the execution of the overall L&D strategy in collaboration with business leaders, subsidiary HR teams, and key organizational stakeholders.

  • Assist in the implementation and communication of key organizational change initiatives, focusing on the learning and readiness components.

What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older

  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company

  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Human Resources, Learning and Development or related field 

  • 5+ years of SAP LMS administration experience required

  • Commitment to customer service with demonstrated ability to build relationships with colleagues, independent advisors and key stakeholders.

    • Must have a high degree of computer literacy including Microsoft Office or Google Suites, 

    • Proficiency with Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms including use of polling and breakout rooms

    • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment

 

Physical abilities & exposures

  • Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods.

  • Occasionally: Travel domestically up to 20% to attend team meetings or training.
