At Dycom, as a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting strategic recruiting initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen our talent pipelines. This role provides exposure to workforce planning strategies, applicant tracking systems, community hiring efforts, and employer branding initiatives. You’ll partner with Talent Acquisition teams to enhance recruiting effectiveness.
What you’ll do
- Support planning and coordination of Fall university recruitment initiatives aligned to workforce planning priorities

Review and submit candidates to hiring managers

Participate in bi-weekly employer presentations

Complete a research project focused on supporting our upcoming hiring goals

Present findings and recommendations on event opportunities

Participate in select hiring events (as timing permits) to gain direct exposure to community-based recruiting efforts

Assist with applicant review and data optimization within Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to improve pipeline visibility and recruiter efficiency

Partner with the Marketing Intern to research and provide recommendations that enhance employer brand messaging and candidate engagement

Support reporting and documentation of recruiting activities and pipeline metrics
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least one year of completed college coursework
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Interest in recruiting, employer branding, workforce development, or talent strategy
- Ability to analyze information and present findings clearly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site at the corporate headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida from June 8, 2026 to August 14, 2026.
