A successful Engineering Project Coordinator shall be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of assigned projects and initiatives. This position focuses on coordination, communication, scheduling, and project support activities to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with business objectives. A Project Coordinator works closely with project managers, business leaders, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support project execution, monitor progress, track risks and issues, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders. They also work in partnership with one or more Project Analysts, who are responsible for reporting and dashboard management, ensuring project visibility and reporting accuracy across assigned initiatives. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of the telecommunications industry; the ability to use a computer and other office-related equipment; and the ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.

What you’ll do
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities to ensure successful project execution and delivery
- Partner with Project Analysts supporting reporting, dashboards, and project visibility to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, action items, and dependencies to support timely resolution and project progress
- Prepare status reports, meeting materials, project updates, and documentation for leadership reviews and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to support project activities and maintain alignment across teams
- Assist with project intake, documentation, approvals, and workflow administration to ensure project readiness and compliance
- Additional Duties as assigned
What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 3 to 5 years of related work experience

Experience supporting project coordination, scheduling, reporting, and delivery activities

Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail

Experience with project management platforms such as SmartSheet, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and other Google Workspace tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Experience working effectively in remote or hybrid work environments with distributed teams and virtual collaboration tools

Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check

Project Management Institute Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred

Authorized to work in the United States
