A successful Inventory Management Coordinator shall lead the ordering, receipt, issuance and maintenance of telecommunication construction equipment and materials; analyze usage of materials, forecast purchasing requirements, and ensure materials meet expected inventory levels; responsible for the security and tracking of required materials and ensuring availability of materials to meet construction schedules; review inventory receipts transaction against reported consumption for accuracy of data and compliance with established Company procedures. Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory of materials on a monthly basis.

 

This is a traveling position.

What you’ll do

  • Complete as well as ensure completion of tasks for assigned department/project.
  • Schedule and determine priority of tasks for assigned department/project.
  • Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project.
  • Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project.
  • Additional Duties as assigned.

What you’ll need

  • Associates Degree in a related field or 2 years of related work experience.
  • Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
