The Recruiter will partner with all of the different departments / Regions to drive their recruitment needs. The main focus of a Recruiter will be to provide sourcing and selection assistance for a variety of professions across multiple departments in the areas of Construction, Field Support, and more - from entry level through management. As a Recruiter you will drive traffic to job postings, maintain an applicant pipeline, screen and interview candidates. You will coordinate with Managers and the Human Resources department to ensure company recruiting goals are met. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions; excellent customer service skills; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment.

What you’ll do

  • Manage processes effectively and apply expertise to ensure completion of work assignments.
  • Participate in the implementation and maintenance of processes or procedures.
  • Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project.
  • Read, interpret, input, and analyze data in support of an assigned department/project.
  • Additional Duties as assigned.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 4 years of related work experience.
  • Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
  • Advanced proficiency in assigned function, example;(Accounting, Engineering, IT, Procurement, Project Mgmt, etc.)
