What you’ll do
- Coordinate safety training sessions and maintain training logs
- Support site audits and data collection
- Track and schedule employee safety certifications
- Assist with incident investigations and reporting
- Monitor job site PPE usage and field compliance
- Prepare reports on safety performance and trends
- Maintain safety documentation and SDS records
- Communicate updates to safety procedures and protocols
- Provide field support during safety events and inspections
- Collaborate with Safety and HR departments on initiatives
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of safety program experience or coordination support
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety tracking systems
Physical abilities & exposures
- Routinely: Complete and maintain training, use keyboard/mouse, lift 10–25 pounds, stand, walk, work alone in remote locations
- Occasionally: Climb stairs, lift 26–55 pounds, operate vehicles
