A successful Fiber Analyst shall be responsible for high level data analysis to ensure accuracy and timeliness of assigned engineering fiber projects. At a minimum, the position requires excellent working knowledge of telecommunications network design and network structure; experience with telecommunications design software; ability to read, understand, interpret, input and analyze data.

What you’ll do

  • Completion of engineering tasks in support of an assigned department/project.
  • Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist the assigned department/project.
  • Completion of daily production reports to document work performed.
  • Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data as well as read, interpret, input, and analyze data.
  • Additional Duties as assigned.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 2 years of related work experience.
  • Experienced in the use of hardware and software (PCs, tablets, IKE, ArcMap, Ocalc Pro, CAD, ArcGIS, Google, etc.)
  • Experienced in assigned function (Drafting, Designing, Make Ready, Geographic Information Systems, etc.)
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
