Our OSP Fielder Supervisor shall be responsible for fielder related activities pertaining to a specific project to ensure field engineering activities comply with company/client requirements. At a minimum, the position requires a detailed working knowledge of telecommunications network structure; ability to use Engineering specific computer software and other office related equipment; familiarity with telecommunications architectures; ability to read, understand, interpret, and analyze data; understand best construction practices.

What you’ll do

  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
  • Capable of leading cooperative efforts between internal and external customers, as well as being an enthusiastic team leader.
  • Strong ability in tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to identify and present data issues and opportunities.
  • Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data as well as read, interpret, input, and analyze data.
  • Additional Duties as assigned.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (GIS, Geography, Urban Planning, Computer Science) or 7+ years’ related experience.
  • Proficient in the use of hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, IKE, ArcMap, Ocalc Pro, CAD, ArcGIS, Google, etc.)
  • Advanced proficieny in assigned function (Drafting, Designing, Make Ready, Geographic Information Systems, etc.)
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
