What you’ll do
- Receive, inspect, store and secure all supplies and materials when delivered.
- Supervise Inventory Team In-Person and Remotely for multiple locations.
- Improve and organize yard
- Maintain all received inventory in an organized and efficient manner.
- Assign and account for all materials issued to work crews on a daily basis.
- Maintain a “shelf stock” of parts, tools and any other job required supplies.
- Conduct a complete physical inventory each month that will account for all materials stored, received and issued from the warehouse and yard.
- Maintain material usage logs/spreadsheets to comply with our customer’s usage and tracking systems.
- Assist in the management, maintenance and upkeep of fleet tools and equipment assigned to the projects
- Pick up or deliver material using a company vehicle.
What you’ll need
- Prior Supervisory experience
- 1-3 year's minimum experience within the Underground Utility Construction Industry but will train right applicant
- Experience in working through all types of weather, including inclement weather
- Able to travel and work extended hours; overtime and weekends as needed
- Have the ability to lift and/or pull 75 pounds several times each day
- Authorized to work in the United States for this company
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual preferred
