What you’ll do
-
Perform routine, basic building maintenance

Complete work orders for repairs such as fixing doors/handles, replacing hardware, and changing light bulbs

Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and report maintenance issues

Clean and maintain lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and common areas throughout the shift

Restock supplies (paper products, soap, liners) and flag low inventory to supervisor

Respond to maintenance & cleaning requests in a timely manner

Remove trash and recycling on a regular schedule

Assist with room setup and breakdown for meetings or events as needed
What you’ll need

To be 18 years of age or older

Authorization to work in the United States for this company

High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience

Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record

Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
-
Prior janitorial or facilities experience preferred but not required
