An Aerial Construction Supervisor oversees aerial telecommunications construction crews, ensuring installations, maintenance, and repairs are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. The role requires strong knowledge of telecommunications construction, aerial equipment, utility infrastructure, cable placement tools, and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.

What you’ll do

  • Managed in-house and subcontracted crews performing aerial OSP construction.

  • Supervised, developed, and led construction teams to ensure safe and efficient project execution.

  • Oversaw on-site and off-site aerial construction, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Forecasted resource needs to meet project schedules and deadlines.

  • Maintained construction quality using proper techniques and industry best practices.

  • Communicated project progress, issues, and completion timelines with customers.

  • Reviewed reports and project documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

  • Built strong relationships with management to identify revenue opportunities.

  • Conducted pre-construction meetings and performed additional duties as needed.

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years of construction management experience, including a minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience.

  • Understanding of all aspects of the aerial construction process.

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.

  • Must pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check.

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
