The Driver Compliance Administrator is responsible for assisting with driver onboarding and ongoing compliance across North Sky Communications. This role serves as a point of contact for drivers, DOT/medical certifications, and background/employment verifications, ensuring all driver files and tracking systems remain continuously updated and fully compliant.

What you’ll do

  • Verifications & Compliance Checks: Perform previous employment verifications and confirm compliance, including DOT certifications, driver qualifications, and medical examination results.

  • Tracker & Reporting Maintenance: Maintain and update the compliance tracker daily to ensure complete accuracy; pull key reports to update the Driver Compliance Manager on status and gaps.

  • Testing & Scheduling Coordination: Assign and schedule pre-employment testing (e.g., drug screenings and DOT physicals) for incoming drivers.

  • Field Communication & Support: Maintain clear, consistent communication with field leadership, operations teams, and employees regarding driver status and compliance requirements.

  • General Administrative Support: Perform other compliance-related duties and special administrative tasks as assigned.

 

What you’ll need

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company.

  • High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.

  • Valid state driver’s license.

  • Prior data entry experience with high accuracy and strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in software tools and office systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Workspace).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for frequent interaction with field leadership and applicants.

  • Ability to handle sensitive candidate and employee data confidentially in a fast-paced environment.
