The Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of construction/telecom projects to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and profitability. This role sits at the center of daily project workflows, keeping critical tracking data accurate and ensuring smooth communication between field teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients.

What you’ll do

Project Workflow & Tracking: Complete and ensure the completion of daily tasks for assigned projects. Manage scheduling, track timelines, and update project milestones across company and industry databases.

Data & Survey Support: Read, interpret, and input high volumes of technical field data, photos, and pre/post-survey designs with strict attention to accuracy.

Communication & Follow-Up: Serve as the primary hub for back-and-forth communication between project managers, field supervisors, contractors, vendors, and customers. Execute proactive follow-ups on missing deliverables or client approvals to prevent bottlenecks.

Administrative & Billing Support: Coordinate work completion with the field team to build job packets, prepare invoices, and perform quality checks on payroll, production, and billing information.
What you’ll need

Education: Associate’s Degree in a related field OR 2 years of related work experience (project coordination, project administration, or a heavily detail-oriented administrative role).

Note: A working knowledge of the telecommunications or utility construction industry is highly preferred.
Technical & Core Skills

Digital Literacy: Proficient with office hardware and software, specifically Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (with a strong emphasis on Excel data management/tracking sheets).

Adaptability: A fast learner capable of quickly picking up internal proprietary software and client-specific databases.

Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational capabilities to manage shifting priorities, and excellent customer service skills.

The wage range for Project Coordinator is $22.00 - $28.00.
