What you’ll do

You will be the hands-on expert responsible for the full lifecycle of residential and commercial fiber services.

  • Installation & Optimization: Handle full-service fiber optic setup, including installations, reconnections, equipment configuration, and system changes.
  • Expert Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure zero-interruption connectivity.
  • Customer Ambassadorship: Review services with customers to ensure total satisfaction and provide hands-on education on product usage.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, stocked vehicle and manage equipment with precision.
  • Field Readiness: Work efficiently in all weather conditions and participate in on-call or overtime rotations as needed to keep the network alive.
  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

  • Basic Requirements: Must be 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Mobility: A valid State driver’s license (non-provisional) with a clean driving record.

  • Physical Stamina: You are comfortable working at heights, in attics, or crawl spaces. You can lift up to 55 lbs independently and perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, climbing, stooping) daily.
