What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll trade "boring" for "dynamic." You will be the go-to person for keeping our operations seamless. Your day-to-day will include:

Field Support: Managing daily time sheets and serving as the quality control expert for payroll, production, and billing data.

Project Coordination: Gathering field documentation to create professional, customer-facing products.

Technical Learning: Learning to read and utilize network maps and plans (we’ll train you!).

Problem Solving: Acting as a bridge between the corporate office, customers, and subcontractors to resolve paperwork hurdles.

Safety & Logistics: Managing 811 locate tickets and performing vital data entry to keep our projects moving safely.
What you’ll need
We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-Savvy: You adapt quickly to new technologies and are a pro at Microsoft Excel and Word.

Detail-Oriented: You have a "keen eye" for accuracy and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

Communication Pro: You have strong customer service skills and can communicate effectively with everyone from field crews to corporate executives.

Self-Starter: You don’t wait for instructions; you see a need and fill it.

The Basics: You are at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and ready to grow.
The wage range for Coordinator Office / Admin Assistant is $20.00 - $24.00.
