What you’ll do
As a vital member of the field crew, your day-to-day will involve:

Core Construction: Perform hands-on tasks including digging, trenching, and site restoration.

Infrastructure Installation: Help install the underground telecommunications cabling that powers modern tech.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate construction machinery and maintain a clean, organized work site.

Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with crew leads and teammates to ensure safety and efficiency.

Reporting: Complete daily production reports and documentation accurately.

Adaptability: Work outdoors in all weather conditions to get the job done.

What you’ll need
-
Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
-
Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Experience: Previous experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks is preferred.

Certification Big Plus: A valid Class A or B CDL is highly preferred and will put you at the front of the line!
Physical Requirements:

Routinely: Ability to lift up to 55 lbs without assistance; bend, stoop, stand, and climb; work at heights or in confined spaces (attics/crawl spaces); and operate heavy machinery.

Occasionally: Use of ladders, keyboards, and mouse for basic reporting.
