What you’ll do

As a vital member of the field crew, your day-to-day will involve:

    • Core Construction: Perform hands-on tasks including digging, trenching, and site restoration.

    • Infrastructure Installation: Help install the underground telecommunications cabling that powers modern tech.

    • Equipment Operation: Safely operate construction machinery and maintain a clean, organized work site.

    • Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with crew leads and teammates to ensure safety and efficiency.

    • Reporting: Complete daily production reports and documentation accurately.

    • Adaptability: Work outdoors in all weather conditions to get the job done.

  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.

  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Experience: Previous experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks is preferred.

  • Certification Big Plus: A valid Class A or B CDL is highly preferred and will put you at the front of the line!

Physical Requirements:

    • Routinely: Ability to lift up to 55 lbs without assistance; bend, stoop, stand, and climb; work at heights or in confined spaces (attics/crawl spaces); and operate heavy machinery.

    • Occasionally: Use of ladders, keyboards, and mouse for basic reporting.
