What you’ll do
As an integral member of our IT team, you’ll help keep our systems running seamlessly across three core focus areas:
1. Inventory Management

Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all IT assets, including computers, mobile devices, software licenses, and peripherals.

Track the complete asset lifecycle from initial procurement to secure disposal.

Coordinate smooth equipment deployments for new hires and handle returns.

Generate regular inventory reports and maintain comprehensive documentation.
2. Desktop Support & Troubleshooting

Provide warm, effective technical support for Windows and iOS environments.

Diagnose and resolve daily hardware, software, and system connectivity issues.

Install, configure, and update key applications and operating systems.

Assist team members with printer setup, driver installations, and troubleshooting.

Maintain detailed resolution records within our IT ticketing system.
3. iOS Device Support

Configure and troubleshoot company iPhones and iPads for business use.

Assist with Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment and administration.

Oversee iOS application installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Provide friendly guidance and training on mobile productivity apps.

Coordinate directly with mobile carriers for device activations and plan management.
What you’ll need
Basic Qualifications:
-
Must be 18 years of age or older.
-
Legal authorization to work in the United States for North Sky Communications, LLC.
-
1–2+ years of hands-on desktop troubleshooting experience.
-
Demonstrated experience with both Windows and iOS operating systems.

Background in a customer service or technical support environment.
Technical Skills:

Advanced Microsoft Excel Proficiency:
-
Complex formulas and functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS)

Pivot tables and data analysis
-
Macro creation and process automation
-
Data visualization and charting
-
-
Deep familiarity with iOS devices and the broader Apple ecosystem.

Working knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Familiarity with Active Directory and user account administration.

Experience navigating remote desktop tools and ticketing software.
The wage range for IT Specialist - Onsite Support is $24.00 - $26.00.
