The HR Specialist is responsible for managing the applicant tracking system and ensuring that all recruitment data entry is accurate and up-to-date. This includes tracking and organizing candidate information, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants. The HR Specialist is also responsible for calling applicants to schedule interviews, gather additional information, and answer any questions they may have.

What you’ll do
- Manage applicant tracking system, ensuring that all recruitment data entry is accurate and up-to-date.
- Track and organize candidate information, including resumes, cover letters, and other application materials.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Call applicants to gather additional information, schedule interviews, and answer questions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support and guidance throughout the process.
- Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and other activities to attract top talent.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred not required.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Employees performing these job functions may be required to lift up to 25 lbs in a shift.
- Specific vision abilities required to perform this job may include but are not limited to: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus potentially near and/or far as needed.

Pay Range: The Specialist Human Resources hourly wage range is $25.00 - $28.00, depending on experience.
