Due to growth, we are seeking a Supervisor (Telecom) who will be responsible for overseeing our Fiber Splicing technicians in the Charlotte, NC market.
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

What you’ll do
- Assist with the development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization.
- Supervise day to day activities/project teams and project progress.
- Establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports.
- Identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve.
- Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
- Supervise staff to ensure the organization's activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
- Perform mandatory job site inspections to ensure employee compliance.
What you’ll need
- Fiber Splicing/Telecom experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Open to flexible scheduling.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and last-minute changes.
- Valid driver’s license (class "C" minimum).
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.
Physical abilities & exposures:
Routinely: occasional entry into attics and crawl spaces, work at heights and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
The wage range for Supervisor Fiber Splicing is $55,000.00 - $60,000.00.
