This is a new position and will evolve as strengths and areas of interest are identified. A high-volume administrative role focused on the mechanical/compliance side of HR. Will support three subsidiaries on various levels. Focus will be on project related tasks such as state accounts, internal worker compliance programs, employee feedback surveys, policy rollout and acknowledgements, etc. Potentially could assist with our branding on social media and internal communications sites or assist with onboarding and offboarding, specifically exit interviews.

What you’ll do
- A dependable assistant who can independently audit tasks or generate reports with minimal guidance.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and takes ownership of complex tasks from start to finish.
- Serve as a communication bridge between leadership and internal teams, ensuring alignment and follow-through.
- Manage ad‑hoc requests such as running reports, validating data, or investigating operational issues.
salary for this role is $58,000- $65,000 depending on experience
What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in operations, business analysis, project management, or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present insights clearly.

Exceptional organizational abilities and comfort managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

High degree of autonomy with a track record of taking initiative and delivering results independently.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- HR experience is preferred.
