What you’ll do
- Follow up on the candidate pre-employment process to ensure timely completion of the process pre-hire.
- Data entry and file uploads.
- Updating and assisting with various human resource programs.
- Assist with benefits open enrollment.
- Provide routine administrative support for the Human Resources team
- Act as the go-to resource for benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Support new hires through the onboarding experience.
- Understand and provide guidance on company policies
- Enter and update employee data in HRIS system with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure HIPAA and other privacy compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay range is $22-$27 per hour based on experience
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
- 2 years experience in HR support.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Proficient in Google Workspace. Knowledge of Smartsheets.
- Professional, respectful and customer service mindset.
- Strong communication skills; written, and verbal.
- Team-oriented.
