At RJE Telecom, LLC, as an MXU Coordinator, you’ll support the design and implementation of inside plant (ISP) designs and builds. You will collaborate with design engineers from many different contractors to ensure project specifications are met while adhering to safety and quality standards. You will coordinate with property owners and managers as well as design and construction personnel from multiple entites.

What you’ll do
- Must be familiar with engineering concepts both inside and outside path (fiber optic cable and structure)
- Provide administrative and field support for inside path placement projects
- QC all job packages from contractors and release to client only when all is correct
- Complete all required forms and documents
- Coordinate between customer and contractors
- Update client systems for tracking of all jobs to completion
- Work directly with customers on design approvals
- Have knowledge of PC applications and the mechanized support systems
- Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
- At least two years related experience and/or training
Knowledge of
- Aerial or underground utilities
- OSP facilities, construction techniques and conduit records
- Easement, right of way and permit documents
Physical abilities & exposures
- Routinely: Work alone in remote locations, operate vehicle, walk, use keyboard and mouse
- Occasionally: climb stairs and stand
