At Star Construction LLC, as a Claims Processor, your pay range will be between $17.00 to $22.00 it is an entry level postion. High level of phone calls conducting intakes, document and data entry management. You will maintain claims records, and process payment information for claims into system.

What you’ll do
- Act as first point of contact for all property and liability incidents for claim reporting
- Gathers and collects information used to provide analysis. Conducting investigations, document findings and resolution.
- Logs and edits claims via claim system.
- Analyzes claim submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with processes and terms
- Ensures timely reporting and maintaince of database - logs
- Interacts with policyholders, agents and providers to resolve discrepancies
- Works directly with beneficiaries to resolve claims and answer questions related to claims
- Reviews payment history
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States for this company
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent or relevant work experience
- 1 or more years of direct claims experience
- Analytical, organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google suite
