We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Record Specialist to support Right-of-Way (ROW) operations through accurate document management, data analysis, and reporting. This role plays a critical part in maintaining client records, supporting compliance efforts, and assisting management with reporting and administrative needs.

What you’ll do
- Review vendor contracts to validate rights and agreements
- Research project and historical files
- Maintain accurate records and compile reports using Microsoft Excel and proprietary systems
- Administer documents within the client’s permanent records system and agreements database
- Apply general accounting principles to analyze financial information
- Prepare reports from the client’s records management systems
- Update and maintain permit reports
- Evaluate recurring payments for accuracy
- Create and maintain spreadsheets
- Provide administrative and analytical support to clients, managers, and supervisors as needed

What you’ll need
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of databases and standard office equipment
- General knowledge of accounting practices
- Strong customer service mindset

- Permitting Experience
- Experience in Records Management, Right-of-Way, utilities, or contract adminstration
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
