What you’ll do
- Lead multiple telecom projects with strong planning, organization, and follow-through
- Mentor and support your team, helping them grow and succeed on every job
- Review reports, schedules, and project details to ensure quality and compliance
- Streamline workflows and introduce new ideas that make our work even better
- Collaborate closely with coworkers, contractors, and customers to keep everyone informed and aligned
- Recruit, train, and retain talented team members who share our commitment to excellence
What you’ll need
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- A solid understanding of the telecommunications industry
- Experience managing teams and coordinating complex projects
- A leadership style built on communication, trust, and teamwork
- Comfort with computers and data tools to track progress and performance
- Previous work experience in the telecommunications cable construction industry, specifically in an OSP setting
- Experience with FTTH (Fiber to the Home) budgeting, design, splicing, and testing
- Supervisory and/or managerial experience leading teams and projects
- Advanced project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in reading, designing, and troubleshooting fiber optic matrices (experience with fiber splitter designs and Bluebeam software preferred)
- Ability to track invoicing and manage project funding effectively
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with team members, customers, and contractors
