What you’ll do
-
Underground Construction Support: Perform hands-on physical labor across all underground construction phases, including digging, loading, driving, delivering, and moving various types, sizes, and weights of construction equipment and materials.

Inventory & Materials Management:
-
Track, receive, and verify incoming material shipments, coordinating proper handling and storage upon arrival.

Assist the Inventory Specialist with staging materials for specific jobs, reconciling physical inventory, and loading/offloading trucks.

Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organization across all stocked items.

Shop & Yard Maintenance: Keep the shop, yard, and storage areas clean, organized, and orderly.

Safety & Compliance: Practice safe working habits and maintain safe workplace conditions in compliance with all company regulations, procedures, and safety policies.

General Operations: Perform additional operational and supportive duties as assigned
What you’ll need

Basic Requirements & Contingencies:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Authorized to work in the United States for this company.

All offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, drug test, and DOT physical.

Certifications & Licensures:
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
-
Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) (preferred).
-
Current DOT health card certificate (must maintain).
-
Forklift certification.

Communication: Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, correspondence, and memos. Able to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.

Math & Problem-Solving: Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division in standard units, fractions, and decimals). Capable of carrying out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form and resolving problems involving standard variables.

Technical: Knowledge of internet, database, spreadsheet, and word processing software.

Mobility: Travel may be required.

Physical Demands & Environmental Exposures:

Physical Actions: Frequent sitting, standing, or walking; frequent kneeling, squatting, bending, and twisting on concrete surfaces.

Lifting Ability: Regularly lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.

Safety & PPE: Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain frequent use of hearing and sight.

Work Environment: Frequently exposed to a loud environment and occasionally required to work in adverse weather conditions.

The wage range for Fulfillment Material Handler- Blaine, MN is $20.00 - $24.00.
