What you’ll do

  • Project & Operational Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, project schedules, resource allocation, and financials across telecommunications programs.

  • Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks, opportunities for continuous improvement, and process enhancements within the PMO to drive project efficiency.

  • Reporting & Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain operational reports and executive dashboards to communicate project status, risks, and forecasts to stakeholders.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Project Managers, Field Operations, and Business Unit leadership to align project tracking with organizational goals.

  • Risk & Performance Tracking: Support risk management initiatives by identifying operational trends, variance causes, and potential project impacts early.

  • Data Integrity: Ensure standard operational methodologies, high data quality, and compliance with PMO frameworks across active projects.

What you’ll need

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in project analysis, program management operations, or operational data analytics (telecommunications or construction infrastructure experience preferred).

  • Workplace Requirement: Position is 100% office-based in Blaine, MN.

  • Travel: 0% – 24% localized travel as needed.

  • Licensure: Valid driver’s license required.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/data analysis tools, reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI or Tableau), and project management tools.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex data for leadership.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
