What you’ll do
- Maintains current equipment files as specified and required
- Purges expired documents from equipment files as replacement documents are received
- Enters and tracks equipment information throughout the disposal process
- Enters, updates and audits Asset Manager Database
- Reconciles Fleet unit location reports
- Assigns and maintains Drive Cam unit inventory
- Administers the company's Fuel Card program
- Creating and ensuring completeness of Fuel Use reports before distributing to applicable internal managers for monitoring as well as executive management as they request
- Monitors GPS system to ensure appropriate equipment tracking and locating. Communicates equipment movement to Management teams..
- Assists company driver's with attaining required vehicle permits
- Performs miscellaneous data entry
- Other duties as assigned

Education, Training, and/or Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a DOT regulated industry (trucking or construction) preferred In depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry, insurance, or risk management.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure and distance using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply concepts such as percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Computer Skills:
- Knowledge of and experience with Internet software and Microsoft Office including Excel spreadsheets, Word, as well as data base software and pdf manipulation software (such as Adobe Acrobat). Experience with Google applications is preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in use of 10-key pad and keyboarding.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple databases and both electronic and paper files containing sensitive and confidential information.

The wage range for Fleet Services Specialist is $22.50 - $25.00.
