What you’ll do
- Checks and verifies documented units used from the field and PMO production reporting process to verify compliance and completeness in respect to Company processes and individual Customer requirements;
- Completes, maintains, and submits all required construction documentation to the customer;
- Informs the appropriate PMO Manager and Operations personnel of any work that is either not compliant or insufficient;
- Documents and tracks closeout package issues/discrepancies from identification, through completion and resolution;
- Analyzes noncompliance data to identify trends and works with PMO Managers as they develop and implement process improvement measures;
- Assists in periodic training of processes, procedures, units, and billing as needed;
- Communicates professionally with Customers and Company stakeholders at all levels to resolve issues and get closeouts/billing successfully approved and paid;
- Helps hold others accountable so that billing processes are followed and that proper procedures are used for corrections;
- Assists and/or supplements special projects as requested to maintain contract compliance;
- Is cognisant of and adheres to specified deadlines and prioritizes work to meet them;
- Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need
- Associates Degree in an industry related field and 3 years of OSP Telecommunications contract service experience (specifically reading, analyzing and utilizing contract units) or 5 years of OSP Telecommunications contract service experience (specifically reading and utilizing contract units);
- Knowledge and understanding of standard telecommunication construction industry closeout practices;
- Strong computer skills required;
- Able to constructively give and receive both positive and negative feedback;
- Complex problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Meticulous organizational skills;
- Proficient use of Google Applications (Docs, Sheets, and Meets) strongly preferred;
- Able to read and comprehend industry related standards, procedures, specifications, requirements, manufacturer’s instructions, contracts, etc.
- Must be willing to develop and enhance quality metrics and accept feedback.

The wage range for Sr Specialist Project is $24.00 - $27.00.
